Group Weight Lifting


Strength training is best accomplished through weight lifting programs. If done correctly, it can help minimize the risk of injury while increasing strength, endurance, and power. The off-season is best place to start, but we believe in All-Season weight training.

We offer a variety of group training programs that are designed to get you one step closer to your goals. And we believe in healthy competition, which is why we love group training. The group setting allows for each athlete to be pushed and tested by other athletes to motivate you through your sets.



Prior to any of our athletes participating in a group weight lifting program, we strongly encourage ALL athletes enroll in our educational S.T.A.Y. Program.


Summer Off-Season Program:

At Return To Play Elite, we offer summer session off season training programs to kids and teenagers who don’t have a team to lift with, or who just want to learn. Our programs are designed to promote active recovery for building healthy muscles and tendons. We also incorporate targeted workouts to improve mechanics and strengthen partner muscle groups to reduce risk of injury in the next season.

When you sign your athlete up, we will ask you questions to determine what background your child has in strength and agility training. Each session is tailored to meet the needs of each athlete in the group to make sure foundational skills are achieved before building to harder skills, and to make sure they get the most out of their off season training.

Team Training Programs

We also offer team training sessions that are not limited to the off-season. If you and your team want to grow stronger over the off-season, we can help! We will create and administer your team’s off-season lifting sessions to make sure you get the most out of the program. Programs are designed to increase muscle strength as well as muscular endurance. As you move into the preseason, we can help your athlete develop power and continue to increase strength.

Our programs are packaged as 4-, 8-, or 12-week plans that include either 2 or 3 days of lifting per week. The week prior to the program will consist of testing to appropriately assign the right weight to your athletes to maximize their benefit and reduce the risk of injury. Sessions will take place in our facility, and can transfer to your team’s weight room. Price is based on group size. See info button below.
