MomFIT Prenatal & Postpartum Exercise Classes


Your body changes a lot during pregnancy, and those changes take a toll. Back pain, pelvic pain, fatigue, swelling, all of these difficulties make pregnancy exhausting. In the postpartum months, an unhealed core can lead to continued back and pelvic pain, leg pain, fatigue, and leakage. But the good news is, there are things you can do to ease these struggles and get back to living your life. We can help you take your body back and feel confident managing these obstacles. You can go for those walks again, hang out with your friends again, get off the couch without shooting pains, laugh without worrying you might pee. Schedule a session with us and get back to doing all the things you love to do!

$25 for a half hour session

$40 for a full hour session

Childcare is not provided, however you are welcome to bring your little one with you.
