We have access to a multi-lead electrical stimulation unit with therapeutic ultrasound capabilities. With the use of electrodes*, we send electrical signals through your body’s tissue to stimulate the Gate-Control pain management system.
In the event of a neuromuscular deficit, we have the ability to re-educate the affected muscles to jump-start the neurological pathways for increased muscle activation, and train your muscle memory to utilize these pathways.
*Electrodes available for purchase.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a technique used by most college level athletic trainers, chiropractors, and other sports health professionals. It utilizes myofascial tools to sense vibrations and sensitive areas in the fascial layers, and assists in the healing process by increasing blood flow to the area and stimulating proper alignment of tendon and ligament fibers. It can also be used to assist in lymphatic drainage or swelling reduction.
Manual Therapy Techniques
Manual therapy is a type of modality that utilizes our hands. It is considered our hands-on treatment. With our hands, we can provide a variety of techniques for pain reduction, range of motion, and swelling mobilization. Techniques such as PNF Stretching help increase range of motion for movement. We can provide a variety of massage techniques specific to treating injuries. We also provide joint mobilization and total motion release.
Hot and cold therapies trigger similar responses as the electrical stimulation, Gate-Control pain management. Both ice and heat are good for injuries when applied at the appropriate time. We have ice bag and a restaurant-sized ice machine as well as a moist heat unit complete with a variety of different sized packs.
Athletic Taping Techniques
Sometimes you just need a little bit of extra support to feel confident. That is why we provide a variety of taping and wrapping techniques to give you that extra boost of support. We are skilled in taping and wrapping: ankles, AC joint, wrists, fingers, foot arches, hip/thigh, and shoulders.
We provide you with the support you need. We utilize KT Tape for your taping needs. This type of taping technique is great for helping the body heal. KinesioTape is more adhesive and has more stretch that traditional athletic tape, and when applied correctly, can help increase blood flow and lymphatic drainage. In some cases, this taping style also provides support to muscles and joints.

Most therapeutic modalities are included in each package, but as you can see, our taping techniques are an additional charge. We also have electrodes for sale that pair with our electrical stimulation modality. These electrodes are used only by you for the duration of your time with us, and are given to you to keep upon being discharged.
